First you need to download Eyecandy, you can do this bye searching Google, "Trial Version of EyeCandy".

Then Open PSP > New > 300x150,
Once you have done that use the text maker and type something > Floating.

Then click Effects > Glass and then choose the glass setting you like & click the tick >>

Then all you need to do is copy it into Animationshop and save it!! Your done!!>>>
